The Votes are in……

Missouri is known as the puppy mill capital of the United States and thanks to a lot of hard work, things may be getting better.

Prop B was passed on Tuesday and as a result, puppy mills in Missouri will have some much needed accountability.

Some of the highlights of the bill include, mandatory yearly veterinary visits for each of the dogs. The animals need to be fed every day, live indoors, and have access to the outdoors. Amazing that legislation has to be required to these basics, but sadly it does.

As nice as it is that Prop B was passed, it now has to be enforced.
