2 Ingredient Creamsicles

This is going to be a short post because it’s a very simple, yet delicious, recipe.

These really do taste like creamsicles. They are great for your immune system as well. The vitamin c from the oranges, and gut healthy coconuts with calming heart healthy fats makes this a good stable for your freezer. It’d a good snack, or dessert.


1 Whole Thai Coconut

2 Oranges – or Helo – or Clemintine


Pour the coconut water in a blender. Scrap out the meat from the coconut and add that as well. Then peel the oranges and add them as well. Blend until well combined and pour into pop cycle molds. Place in freezer until fully frozen and ready to eat.
