Acai Bowl

Course: Breakfast, Dessert, Snack

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen organic Acai packets
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 cup raw granola
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • berries of your choosing

Instructions

  • Hold the packets under warm water for a few seconds. Cut them open and place in a high speed blender with nut milk. Don’t blend too long or it will get too watery.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola, coconut and berries. Serve immediately so it doesn’t melt and get too watery.
