Ingredients

  • 1 bunch washed kale (removed from stems)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries

Instructions

  • Combine kale with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Massage with your hands for a minute or two, and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Add cherries – done!

Notes

It’s amazing how massaging changes it so completely. This is one of my favorite meals/snacks. Healthy, quick and one of our best defenses against cancer!
