Banana Chia Milkshake Smoothie

(I love using Brazil nut milk)

chia seeds

raw, local honey
(or sweetener of your choice)

nut or seed butter of your choice
(I usually use almond butter)

cinnamon

handful
ice
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients in your high speed blender and blend. Serve immediately.
