Banana Chia Milkshake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (I love using Brazil nut milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw, local honey (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter of your choice (I usually use almond butter)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  • Throw all the ingredients in your high speed blender and blend. Serve immediately.
