Raw Coconut Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups organic shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup raw honey (you can use maple syrup or agave if you don't eat honey)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine shredded coconut and cacao, mix in the honey and oil, then the vanilla.
  • Form balls on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
