2 cupscashews(or one 9 oz jar Viva Pura raw cashew butter)
1cuplemon juice(you can squeeze your own, but I usually buy Santa Cruz lemon juice)
2tbspnutritional yeast
Instructions
Wash and stem kale.
Massage salt and olive oil in washed kale.
Put all the remaining ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Feel free to add more olive oil if it’s too thick to keep moving and blending.
Massage kale with the mixture.
Divide among your dehydrator tray and dehydrate for 2 hours at 145. Then turn it down to 115 for another 9 to 10 hours. It could be more hours if it’s humid.
