Put the almonds and walnuts in a food processor and chop until fine, or slightly chunky if you choose.
In a medium bowl, combine nuts, oats, spices, and salt (raisins if you like).
Add agave (or sweetener of your choice), water and stir.
Scoop into small balls and place on the mesh rack for your dehydrator. Dehydrate at 105 for four hours.
