The granola in that recipe is so great that I thought I should post about it again.
I use it for dessert parfaits, snacks, and breakfast parfaits like this one.
Just make a big batch of the granola ahead of time, throw it on top of some So Delicious coconut yogurt, add your favorite fruit, and you have an outstanding, protein, and fiber rich breakfast! I like to throw in some chia seeds also for some omegas, iron and calcium.
